The Deposit custodial scheme asks in the event of a dispute for a signed Inventory and Schedule of Condition, with the Check in Report, and any Interim Reports and Check out Report. The Dispute will be evidence based. If you cannot provide any of these – You will have to explain why.

- Electronic copies in PDF format and hard copies available.
- Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Commissions carried out objectively, in a fair and impartial manner.
- Assistance in the event of a dispute.
- Declaration prior to acceptance of a commission if a vested interest or connection with the parties exists.
- Invest in a Quality Inventory & Report to protect your right to offset the deposit.
